Messages sent through the contact form get priority over regular emails, and also aren't susceptible to being incorrectly filtered as spam. - Subscribers: Use designated support system for a quicker response
Subscribers of any tools, or services should use the contact form or ticket system provided specially for that service. This ensures your enquiry will get to the right people, and given right priority.
