New Google Reader BETA
Google have announced Google Reader -- a web-based RSS reader -- available through their labs. Unfortunately for me the service appears stuck in a persistant "loading" status, others have reported problems as well.
Google File Patents in Behavioural Targeting
According to SearchEngineJournal Google have filed two patents concerning behavioural ad targeting based on user search history, and personalization. Market competitors, YSM, and MSN adCenter (currently in a limited pilot) both already offer behavioural advertising based on search history.
