Google Purchases
Went through the whole shebang...The request for the credit card info is to add the purchasing credit card (or default)to your list of saved accounts/cards.
Header says "Purchase History" then says "Orders" then a log window. Of course there's no purchases on there. And also gives you the ability to delete any existing credit cards added to your account, as well as adding to it.
I'd take a screen cap but no way to post it...
