Jim Bodkin's The Neat-O-Backlink Tool

Jim of WeBuildPages has released The Neat-O-Backlink Tool. The tool lists a decent sample of backlinks to any given URL. Listing backlinks in itself isn't new, what makes this tool interesting compared to other SEO tools, is that it provides the individual anchor text for each backlink.

The tool doesn't appear to be totally comprehensive (likely for bandwidth considerations), and has a few speed & technical problems, but overall still offers a good overview of the type of backlinks and anchor text pointing to a URL.
