Bias
You say "no amount of prejudice can affect the outcome" -- I can't test the system at the moment (been giving an error all day), but assuming that all this server does is provide the top ten results from each engine, can't a user manually visit each engine and see which is which? In other words, it's entirely possible, and not that hard, for someone to purposefully influence the results.

What I mean is no prejudice can subconsciously affect your decision; if you set out to cheat, then obviously there will be bias.
For this reason we have taken many measures to prevent cheating.
